How To Use The Form Below:
Review "Retag Request & Fulfillment Procedure" and "How to Read a Seed Tag" documents.
Review your on-hand inventory and record required informtaion as outlined in the procedure.
Complete "Store Data" and "Contact Info" fields.
Use drop down box to select quantity of lot numbers that you need retag labels for.
For each Lot#, enter MAT (Material Number), Lot# Test Date, and the Quantity of bags on-hand.
Hit SUBMIT.
